Etkinlik Kuralları

1. Admission & Age Policy
• Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket purchased through Innclude or other official sales channels.
• Participants under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the event.
• Gender balance will be taken into consideration at the entrance.

2. Ticket Policy
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
• Tickets purchased outside of Innclude are the sole responsibility of the participant.

3. Right of Admission
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual deemed unsuitable for the event. In such cases, the ticket fee will be refunded.
• The organizer has the right to remove participants without refund if they engage in disruptive, unsafe, or harmful behaviour during the event.

4. Safety & Security
• By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to comply with all security measures, including body and bag checks conducted by security staff.
• Refusal to comply with security checks will result in denied entry without refund.
• Swimming is permitted only at designated stops and at the participant’s own risk. Life jackets will be available onboard.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly forbidden:
• Food & beverages from outside
• Plastic bottles, cans, and glass containers
• Flammable, explosive, or hazardous substances
• Sharp, cutting, or piercing objects
• Laser pointers
• Illegal substances of any kind

6. Alcohol & Substances
• Alcohol will only be served to participants aged 18 and above.
• The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

7. Media Consent
• By entering the event, participants acknowledge and accept that photos and videos will be taken throughout the event.
• The organizer may use this content across all platforms for promotional purposes without requiring further consent.

8. Weather & Program Changes
• The organizer reserves the right to reschedule, delay, or cancel the event in case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of cancellation, tickets will be refunded or rescheduled to another date.
