Organizatör, programda ve bilet fiyatlarinda degisiklik yapma hakkini sakli tutar.
Innclude harici mecralardan alinan biletlerin sorumlulugu katilimciya aittir.
Organizatör, etkinlige uygun görülmeyen kisileri bilet ücreti iade edilmek sartiyla alana kabul etmeme hakkini sakli tutar.
Organizatör, etkinligin baslangicindan itibaren katilimcilarin huzurunu bozabilecek ve etkinlige zarar verebilecek davranista bulunanlara bilet iadesi yapmaksizin etkinlik alanindan uzaklastirma hakkina sahiptir.
Katilimcilar etkinlik alanina girisleriyle, etkinlik boyunca video ve fotograflarinin çekilmesini; çekilen video ve fotograflarin organizatör tarafindan tüm mecralardan halka açik olarak kullanilabilecegini kabul etmis sayilir.
Etkinlik alanina yiyecek, içecek, plastik sise, teneke kutu, yanici, patlayici ve yasakli madde, parlayici kesici ve/veya delici olarak kullanilabilecek her türlü alet, lazer imleci ve her türlü yasa disi madde ile girmek yasaktir.
Bilet satin alanlar, güvenlik ekibinin belirleyecegi üst ve çanta aramasi dahil her türlü güvenlik önlemini kabul etmis sayilir. Bu önlemlere uymak istemeyen katilimcilarin, etkinlige giris haklarinin iptal edilecegi gibi bilet iadeleri de yapilmayacaktir.

Participants under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the event.
Purchased tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-changeable.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
Tickets purchased through platforms other than innclude are the responsibility of the participant.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
The organizer reserves the right to remove from the event area any behavior that may disrupt the peace or damage the event, without a refund, from the beginning of the event.
By entering the event area, participants agree that videos and photos may be taken of them throughout the event, and that the organizer may use these videos and photos publicly on all media.
Food, beverages, plastic bottles, cans, flammable, explosive, and prohibited substances, any tools that can be used as sharp edges or piercing devices, laser pointers, or any other illegal substances are prohibited.
Ticket purchasers agree to all security measures, including body and bag searches, as determined by the security team. Participants who do not comply with these measures will have their entry to the event revoked and will not receive a refund.
