How do I get a refund?

Refund conditions depend on the event and the organizer's policy. In general:
- If an event is canceled, the ticket price is refunded automatically.
- If an event is postponed, your existing ticket remains valid for the new date.
- User-initiated refund requests are subject to the event's refund policy.
To request a refund, go to My Tickets > the ticket > Help in the app. Once approved, the refund reaches your card within 5-10 business days.
