1. Why These Guidelines Exist
On innclude, individual users, brands and venues are all in the same place. These guidelines are in place so that everyone feels safe here, and they apply to every post, event, comment and message on the platform.
The guidelines are an annex to the Terms of Use. Conduct that breaches the guidelines is at the same time a breach of the Terms of Use.
The guidelines apply to all sharing areas that exist on the platform today and to those that will be opened in future. The fact that an area is mentioned in this text does not mean that the area is offered today. As at the date this text was prepared, the event photo, event chat and user-to-user private message functions are not active; the sharing areas are the profile image, the cover image, the event image and the event description.
2. What Is Prohibited
2.1. Sexual content and nudity
Sexual content and nudity may not be shared in profiles, event images, comments or messages.
2.2. Harassment and bullying
No user may be harassed, threatened or persistently disturbed in publicly accessible areas, in invitation and event texts, or in other sharing and messaging areas opened through the Platform.
2.3. Hate speech
Speech and content targeting people's characteristics, in particular ethnic origin, religion, language, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age and disability, are prohibited.
2.4. Violence
Content that contains, incites or glorifies violence may not be shared. In the case of content concerning suicide and self-harm, innclude may contact the competent authorities where it considers this necessary.
2.5. Other people's personal data
Telephone numbers, addresses, identity details and similar information belonging to you or to others may not be shared in publicly accessible areas. When sharing photographs and videos that contain the image of another person, it is the User's responsibility to obtain the consent of the persons concerned.
2.6. Fake accounts and impersonation
Using the name, image or identity of another person, brand or institution is prohibited.
2.7. Fake events
Publishing an event that will not take place as though it will take place, or giving misleading date, venue, artist or price information, is prohibited.
2.8. Spam and unwanted promotion
Sending bulk and unwanted messages, or turning event images or message channels into a continuous promotional vehicle, is prohibited. Promotion is carried out through the tools innclude provides for that purpose.
2.9. Fraud
Demanding money from users, directing them off the platform for payment, requesting account details and similar conduct are prohibited.
2.10. Misuse of tickets and entry codes
Tickets and entry codes are personal. Other than through the functions innclude provides, they may not be sold, transferred or reproduced. Attempts at black-market resale are prohibited.
2.11. Sexually oriented solicitation, human trafficking and prostitution
innclude is not a dating or matchmaking platform. Creating events for the purpose of prostitution, human trafficking and any conduct directed at non-consensual sexual acts are prohibited and will be reported to the competent authorities.
2.12. Age limit
innclude is for persons who have completed eighteen years of age. Age is not verified during registration; the condition rests on the user's own declaration. Accounts found to belong to a person under eighteen are closed.
2.13. Unlawful use
Even where not listed above, any use contrary to the legislation in force is prohibited.
3. What Happens When a Guideline Is Breached
3.1. Depending on the gravity of the breach, innclude applies one of the following steps:
| Step | When |
|---|---|
| Warning | For first and minor breaches |
| Removal of the content or restriction of its visibility | When content contrary to a guideline is identified |
| Temporary suspension of the account | For repeated or serious breaches |
| Closure of the account | For very serious breaches or where the breach continues |
| Notification of the competent authorities | In cases giving rise to suspicion of a criminal offence |
3.2. Where possible, the decision is notified together with its reasons.
3.3. Appeal. A user against whom action has been taken may appeal the decision by writing to info@innclude.com. The appeal is assessed and its outcome is notified.
4. Reporting
4.1. When you come across content or conduct contrary to the guidelines, you can use the reporting function in the app or write to info@innclude.com. There are three routes in the app today: reporting a user from their profile, reporting an event from the event page, and blocking a user. Blocking has a mutual effect: the person you block cannot see you in search, in participant lists or at events. Even if you remove the block, the previous follow relationship does not come back.
4.1.a. Reports are queued and assessed. Repeat reports made about the same person or event within a short interval may be treated as a single record. The outcome of a report is not in every case separately notified to the person who made it; it is notified to the person against whom action is taken in accordance with 3.2.
4.2. In respect of user content, innclude is a hosting provider within the meaning of Law No. 5651. It is not obliged to review content before it is published. When it is made aware of unlawful content, it removes the content from publication to the extent technically possible.
4.3. In emergencies and in cases where there is suspicion of a criminal offence, the law-enforcement authorities should be contacted directly.
5. Updates to the Guidelines
These guidelines may be updated. The current version is published at innclude.com.
