How do I delete my account?

Short answer
- What happens to my tickets if I delete my account?
- Deleting the account also ends access to the tickets attached to it. If you have an upcoming event, consider that first.
You can request account deletion yourself in the app’s settings; there is no need to email and wait.
Before you delete
- If you have upcoming events, you lose access to those tickets.
- If you only want a copy of your data, request a data export instead of deleting.
Recovery window
For a short period after the request you can change your mind. After that, the account closes permanently.
