Short answer
- If I turn notifications off, do I miss ticket alerts too?
- Information that directly affects your ticket, such as a cancellation, is also sent by email.
Notification preferences live in the app’s settings. You can switch each type on or off separately; it is not all or nothing.
If you turned innclude notifications off in your phone’s system settings, the in-app preferences will not work until the system permission is on again.
