- Where do I get the app?From the App Store and Google Play. Your account is the same on the app and the website.
- What works without internet?Tickets and QR codes work fully offline. Payment needs a connection.
- Changing language and themeThe app and the website are in Turkish and English, with a light and a dark theme.
- The app will not open or keeps freezingUpdate the app first, then close and reopen it. If it continues, send us your version number.
- Which permissions does the app ask for?Contacts, location and notifications. All optional, each asked for with its reason.
