Short answer

If I reinstall the app, do I lose my tickets?
No. Tickets belong to your account and come back when you sign in again.

Try these in order:

  1. Update. There may be a pending update in the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Close and reopen. Fully close the app and start it again.
  3. Restart the phone.
  4. Reinstall. Your tickets belong to your account and are not lost.

If it continues, write to us. Including your phone model, OS version and the app version shown in settings makes it far quicker to track down.
