What do the plans cover?

The principle is simple: nothing that increases ticket sales is restricted. Selling, ticket QR codes, door staff, scanning and refunds are all open on the free tier.

Plans exist for two things: work that costs innclude real money (messages to guests) and tools that save you time (CRM, bulk actions, advanced reports).

Plans sit at brand level

Each brand has its own plan, invoice and quota, and there is no limit on how many brands you can open.
