Short answer
- Can I open my ticket on a friend’s phone?
- Yes, by signing in with your own number. Only one session stays open at a time, so this closes the session on your own phone.
Your ticket is stored on the phone but does not belong to the phone; it belongs to your account. If your phone is dead or not with you, you can open the ticket on another one.
- Open the innclude app on another phone.
- Sign in with your own number.
- Show your ticket from My Tickets.
A verification code is sent to your number, so you need access to it.
One thing to know
Only one session stays open at a time. Signing in on a friend’s phone closes the session on yours, and you will need to sign in again when you get it back.
If your phone was stolen
Secure your number first. Because sessions are single, your new sign-in already closes the old one.
