On the day
The questions that come up on the day: when to arrive, whether ID is checked, what happens if your phone dies, whether a late arrival voids your ticket, whether you can step out and come back. Most of these are the organizer’s call and are written on the event page; here we describe how it generally works.
- What should I do before leaving home?Open the app once, look at your ticket and check your battery.
- My phone died or I lost itThe ticket belongs to your account. Sign in with your own number on another phone to open it.
- Does my ticket expire if I am late?A ticket is tied to the event, not to a clock. Any entry cut-off is the organizer’s own rule.
- Will I be asked for ID at the door?It can be asked where an age limit applies. The rule is stated on the event page.
- Can I leave and come back in?A ticket is scanned once. Whether re-entry is allowed is up to the venue.
- How do we get in as a group?Tickets can be scanned one after another from a single phone; nobody needs their own.
- What do I do if there is a problem at the door?Show the door staff your CNR No. Most problems are solved right there with the ticket number.
- I have questions about the venueParking, accessibility and lost property are the venue’s and the event’s domain.
