Short answer

- An unused ticket simply stays unscanned. You can request a refund; the outcome depends on the event’s refund terms.
Every ticket in an order stays in your account. Each has its own QR code and they can be scanned one after another from the same phone.
Attendees do not need the ticket on their own device. If you would rather each person carried their own, enter their email address at checkout and the ticket is emailed to them too.
If you do not arrive together
Tickets are independent of each other. Some can arrive early and some late; each counts as used when it is scanned.
