- If there is one, it is written on the event page and in the ticket rules. innclude itself does not close a ticket by the clock.
Your ticket is tied to an event, not to a particular time. innclude has no rule that voids a ticket after a certain hour.
The venue or the organizer may have a last entry time. Where that applies it is written on the event page and in the event rules, and the door follows it.
If you missed the event entirely
An unused ticket is not refunded automatically. You can ask for a refund, but the outcome depends on the event’s refund terms.
