Short answer
- Why is my code not accepted?
- Codes are usually tied to a specific event, a date range or a limited number of uses. Yours may have expired, run out, or belong to a different event.
Enter your code in the code field at checkout and apply it. If it is valid, the discount shows as its own line in the summary.
If the code is rejected
- Event. Codes are usually tied to one specific event.
- Dates. A code can have a start and end date.
- Usage limit. There may be a total or per-person limit.
- Typing. Make sure it is entered in full with no spaces.
You can also check with whoever gave you the code; the organizer creates it and sets its conditions.
