How do refunds work?
Updated: Where this applies: AppWebsite
Short answer
- When does my refund reach my account?
- Once approved, the amount is sent back to the card you paid with. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank and can take a few business days.
- I changed my mind, can I return the ticket?
- Tickets for events held on a specific date are not returnable in every case. The event’s own refund terms apply; the details are in the Distance Sales Agreement.
There are two separate cases and they work differently.
If the event was cancelled
The refund starts on its own; you do not need to open a request. The ticket amount is sent back to the card you paid with.
If you changed your mind
Tickets for events held on a specific date are not returnable in every case. What applies is the organizer’s refund terms, written on the event page and in the Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Form you approved at checkout.
How to request a refund
Write to us with your CNR No and the reason. Your request goes to the organizer and we tell you the outcome.
Timing
Once approved, the amount is sent to your card. When it appears depends on your bank and can take a few business days. That time passes at the bank, not at innclude.
