Payments & refunds
Everything about paying: which cards work, what happens at the 3D Secure step, who the invoice is issued to, and how and when refunds happen. You will also find why we ask for each piece of information at checkout.
- Which payment methods work?You pay by credit or debit card. Every payment is verified with 3D Secure.
- My payment failed, what should I do?First check whether your card was actually charged. In most failed payments the amount is only held and then released.
- How do refunds work?Refund rules are set by the organizer. For cancelled events the refund starts automatically.
- Why are my invoice details asked for?To decide who the invoice is issued to. Above a certain amount an identity number is required.
- What makes up the amount I pay?The ticket price plus a service fee where it applies. Both are listed separately at checkout.
- How do I use a discount code?Enter the code in the field at checkout. If it is valid, the discount appears in the summary.
