Which payment methods work?

Short answer
- Is bank transfer or paying at the door possible?
- No. Ticket payments are made by card only, in the app or on the website.
- Is my card stored?
- Card details are not stored by innclude; payments are taken through a licensed payment provider.
Ticket payments are taken by credit or debit card. Visa, Mastercard and Troy cards are accepted.
There is no bank transfer and no paying at the door. A ticket only exists once its payment is complete.
3D Secure
Every payment is verified on your bank’s 3D Secure screen. After you enter your card details the bank’s page opens and usually sends a code to your phone. No order is created until that step finishes.
Your card details
Your card number is not stored by innclude. Payments are taken through a licensed payment provider and we only see the result.
Installments
Whether installments are available depends on the event and your card. If offered, you will see the option at checkout; if not, it is not set up for that event.
