How do I download or delete my data?

Short answer
- Do I need to email to get my data?
- No. You can open a data export request in the app’s settings.
You can start both data actions yourself in the app.
- Data export. Request a copy of the data in your account.
- Account deletion. Request that your account and the data attached to it be closed. There is a short recovery window.
Both live in settings; there is no need to email and wait for a reply.
