How do I buy a ticket?

Buying a ticket follows the same steps in the app and on the website.

1. Open the event. Ticket types and prices are on the event page.
2. Pick a type and quantity. For seated events you choose seats instead of a quantity.
3. Attendee details. Each ticket is issued to a person, so a name, surname and email address are asked for. If they are all for the same person you can copy the details in one tap.
4. Payment. Enter your card details and confirm on your bank’s 3D Secure screen.
5. Done. The ticket is saved to your account and an email is sent.

The countdown

From the moment you select, the tickets are held for you and a countdown starts. It exists so nobody else can buy the tickets sitting in your basket. If it runs out, the tickets go back on sale and you select again; your payment details are never stored.

How many tickets per order?

Up to 9 tickets in a single order. For larger groups you need to contact the event organizer.
