The CNR No is the number given to your order. It appears on the confirmation screen after checkout, on the ticket itself and in the ticket email we send you.
Including it when you write to us about a problem speeds things up: we can see the payment, the tickets and the event in one go. The number belongs to that order only and is of no use anywhere else.
